We regularly organize an exchange fair, here what it is: 

Everybody has talents and often also goods which he doesn’t use anymore or rarely and which could benefit others. And there are probably persons who have other talents or goods in which you maybe interested.

Therefore the exchange-fair provides space for these exchanges at the same time than it provides also a community & solidarity space in order to stimulate the gathering of people of different ages, nationalities, religions, values and also to exchange these socio-cultural aspects.

The goal is to help the ones and the others in the community and not only between two individuals. It’s therefore that the exchanges are done with “KÄREN” (seeds), the exchange currency, and not with money or an service/object against another. For these reasons, the possibilities of each in this local exchange system are more just and less limited by socio-economic aspects.

Besides these fairs, the local exchange system works with a journal and a web page: www.tauschkrees.lu. For legal reasons only members of the association “Tauschkrees Lëtzebuerg” can participate in the system, at the fairs and outside the fair. Of course it will be possible to become members at the fair.

Interested persons bring with them each item they want to exchange (contact us before). Those who are interested to organize a workshop (dance, music, history, …) contact us as well.

If you have nothing you can come anyway, maybe you will find something interesting.
